Nicky designed and painted Statue No. 12, which is situated on Whitburn Street (Smithfield Centre) and was sponsored by AV Birch Ltd.
Nicky says: “The Bridgnorth Art Trail was a fun project to be part of. Now that it’s up-and-running it’s great to be able to showcase the work of the children and adults in my art classes, along with my own creative style.

A’level students designed 2 of our statues: Statue No. 5 which is situated at Fox Corner and was sponsored by Filtermist Ltd., and Statue No. 9 which is situated on the High Street outside Blooms and was sponsored by Grainger & Worrall Ltd.
Louise says: “It has been a privilege for me and the sixth form art students to be involved in the first phase of the Art Trail. The experience was extremely valuable for the students to gain an insight into working alongside different companies. At each stage from planning to completion the communication and enthusiasm between the sponsors and the students was exceptional.

Catherine designed and painted Statue No. 11, which is situated outside Lloyds Bank in the High Street and was sponsored by Holden’s Brewery. You can see some of Catherine’s other designs at Robin’s Hardware and Violet’s Tea Room in Bridgnorth.
Catherine says: “I am currently working on some home projects, ready for next year. Focusing on my portfolio, I am still taking in commissions, so please get in touch via Facebook or Etsy.”

Tania designed Statue No. 2 which was sponsored by Severn Valley Railway (SVR) and is located at Bridgnorth SVR station.
Tania says: “I am delighted to have been involved with the Bridgnorth Art Trail. The exhibition of sculptures provides a contemporary yet fitting new attraction for the town which will be an asset both for its residents and its tourist industry.

Rory McCann designed Statue No. 10 which is situated in the High Street outside Card Stores, and was sponsored by The Great British High Street.
“My experience of the trail was a wonderful one from beginning to end. I loved the challenge of working on a 3D project, something I’d never done. Interacting with the students and other artists was a joy, and being there for the opening gave a great feeling of community.
The trail is a wonderful way to see the town and shows a great diversity of artistic styles. It is a true celebration of Bridgnorth’s history and its people.
